They don’t have reception after 10pm

At night it is not a safe location.
Hard to check in at when reception closes.

Super helpful staff, nice for a short stay
Posted 7 May 2023 on HotelsSuper helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were fine though not made up during our stay, just new towels. Breakfast is basic but the price was fine so no problem. The only complaint is that the keys for the main door don't work well, many times we had to be let in or wait for someone to come out.

Pros: Clean property, friendly staff
Cons: No AC, very noisy room, even though staff was very friendly didn’t follow though with requests for fresh towels and broken TV.

Posted 15 Jan 2020 on HotelsI arrived late in the evening, the receptionist helped me find the car park. I had 2 dogs and the room was VERY suitable, there was a door from the entrance hall to the bedroom, so the noise didn't come thru. I travel for walk a lot, and this hotel room was as good as any of the Scandic or Radisson rooms I use, there was a fridge with some snacks, a TV with ENGLISH language channels ( first time ever for me in Germany!!! ) Breakfast was excellent too! The hotel is right in the middle of town, but I heard no noise from outside.
