"Couldn’t fault my stay "

"We enjoyed the stay and the hotel had a wonderful location. Breakfast offered was excellent with a great selection. The hotel conditon lackwd up keep. Several broken tiles in the bathroom did cit one of our guests food (tile under sink) Doors dont latch etc. Staff would not refesh coffee and room servive was skipped once. "

"I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. "Hotel is in a good location for the Christmas markets, the castle, the old town, riverside, main train station, tram stops and 10 minutes from an excellent shopping mall. Have stayed here before so knew what to expect, rooms are comfortable, check in and out was faultless, staff are friendly, breakfast was good. Would stay here again. "

"Liked the hotel a lot but the room was quirky We had the top floor apt as it had a desired king bed. Unfortunately that meant only 1 tiny window and much of the 1000 ft2 was below 6 ft head height The kitchen is beautiful but other than the fridge it is in operable. But the location is perfect and the staff super helpful. Id go for 2nd floor rooms next time"
