The room was too small and far from elevator. There was a bad smell in the corridor.

Convenient hotel by tram to Krakow. There is limited dining around and at the hotel, so bare that in mind. Staff were friendly, rooms were simple but had the main amenities

The room is comfortable. The staffs are very nice. The breakfast buffet is good but a little pricey. Waling distance to the train station and mall.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional , the hotel was very clean and peaceful. The breakfast was excellent! I would stay here again.

Good Hotel
Posted 13 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was quite nice. The room was clean, spacious and had all the facilities. The hotel had a great breakfast as well. The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that there is no food served in the hotel after 4pm. The only food is in a small cafe downstairs that just does lunch. Also, the hotel is a 25 minute walk from the main market square. Good hotel for a business trip, but not the best location of you're here on holiday.

Nice hotel
Posted 10 Jul 2024 on HotelsNice hotel. Good location. Not too far away from old town. About 25 min walk on nice street. Tram stop nearby so also possible to take tram. Friendly staff.
