"My husband and I stayed in this hotel when we visited Krakow last year. The options available for the breakfast buffet were plentiful and delicious. I slipped during one of the city tours and sprained my knee. The receptionist staff member and his colleagues went above and beyond to call a cab to get me to the hospital and reserved the hotel room for the additional days as I had postpone my return trip.
