The hotel is in a great location, way to walk to the old town, also located right next to the station/shopping centre.
The hotel staff were so hopefully throughout our stay, we came for a wedding in Krakow, with most of the wedding guest staying at the hotel. I think they handle this very well.
We don’t really dine at the hotel but what we did try it was very good.
Totally recommend this hotel, there is also a sister hotel based in the old town, which has a spa but the hotel offers a private shuttle if you want to go to the spa.

The hotel is lovely and the staff go out of their way to make your stay a positive experience. It is close to the train, shopping malll, and a lovely walk to the centre square.

Great, boutique style hotel near Old Town & across the street from the central train station & downtown mall. Very eco friendly as well.

Very convenient location next to the main train station and walking distance to the old town. Friendly and professional staff. Clean and well maintained facilities.
