As many people have said you really need to check what grade of apartment you choose and where it’s located. We knowingly chose the basic studio so wasn’t expecting very much but it fell below those expectations in terms of the condition of the apartment was very worn and the building it was in was not very pleasant at all. Unfortunately there was a smell of vomit and urine in the common areas and on our final night we were greeted with homeless people sleeping in the entrance hall (past the locked area). It’s a little disconcerting to say the least. As I said we were not expecting much but the photos were a quite more generous than in reality

We have stayed in Apartment 9 and then 7 at Stolarska. Apartment no 7 was far better than 9 because the bathroom was in much better condition and there were more amenities. Both were big and in the heart of Krakow, also on a quiet street. It’s definitely a find and I’d stay there again. The reception staff were very helpful and the place was easily accessible.

Great place.
Posted 12 Aug 2024 on HotelsApartment was large, easy to book in. Fantastic location to attractions. We were on 3rd floor unfortunately no lift. Although this was only a problem with suitcase, young girl on reception did offer to help.
Building inside had character.

Posted 9 Aug 2024 on HotelsWe stayed in the Royal Apartment. Location is excellent, and apartments are very big and clean. Removed a star as the beds are uncomfortable, wardrobe was damaged (missing handles) and no change of towels or bedding. However, only slight negatives, I would definitely stay again.
Note - check in isn’t near the hotel, be prepared for a walk through old town with your cases

Posted 5 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe apartment located in the center of old town next to the American embassy. It has a nice view of the cathedral from the window. It is super close to the main square and the castle. The pleasant location. There is no air conditioning but they had a fan which helped. We could not have our windows open since there was two restaurants below the apartment who was loud and noisy until very late. Closed windows helped to keep noise down. Over all recommend!

Good location but the property needs a lot of TLC. Some of the sockets did not work, it was very dusty behind the bed an some of the furniture was damaged.

Convenient
Posted 13 Jul 2024 on HotelsThe apartment was large and spacious so plenty of room, bathroom and kitchen OK but there are a few things that are starting to deteriorate. As my apparent was in an old building it had no lift, so I had to carry my luggage up over 90 stairs. My apartment was superbly located, less than a 5-minute walk to the main square and there are plenty of places to eat and a 24/7-hour convenience store 1 minute away. The price was good so overall no complaints.
