The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful. The location was walkable to the Jewish quarter and into the main square. The only criticism was the beds. The beds were way too hard and the pillows were too soft, it wasn’t a great nights sleep.

The hotel was excellent, staff all very helpful. It’s a short walk into the centre of krakow. I would highly recommend this hotel.
