I could not get into the property. I tried several times during the day. I had to find other lodging for the night.

As per our booking policy, guests are required to contact us no later than 24 hours before their arrival. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from you before your arrival.Additionally, on the day of your arrival, there was no attempt from your side to reach out to us when you were unable to enter the property. We always strive to ensure a smooth check-in process for our guests and would have been more than happy to assist you had we been informed of the situation.We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future under better circumstances.

I highly recommend these apartments to everyone! Top location, superb quality, and exceptionally good prices. Close to the Main Railway Station in Krakow (3 minutes on foot), where you can access all means of transportation to reach any point in the city. The interior of the station is full of shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, so being here you have everything you need at your fingertips. The location is therefore excellent, a fifteen-minute walk to the Main Market Square of Krakow. I chose the ground floor apartment - the Comfort Apartment, which was very nice and clean; it was very quiet and peaceful despite being a central location.
The apartment had everything I needed - a Smart TV with satellite channels, clean white hotel linen on a comfortable king-size bed, fresh towels, soap, and shower gel in the bathroom, and even a capsule coffee maker in the kitchen. Self-check-in was very easy and convenient, with very clear instructions. In summary, it was one of the best accommodations I've had in Krakow, and I will definitely use it again in the future.

Perfect location close to galeria krakowska railway/bus station and that's it.
Apartment is very noisy during day and night. Windows and doors should be soundproofing. My neighbours had a party last night so couldn't sleep at all. Shower gel and hand wash should be refilled but wasn't. In the bathroom on the top lots of dust and flies/ on the wall hair. Pillows should be changed same as mattress and tv cable channels shocking..
It's not even basic plan so there is nothing to watch at all. Very disappointed wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone

Regarding the noise disturbances, we understand the importance of a peaceful environment for our guests. There is a night silence in the building from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and this rule should be respected by all residents.In the case of mattress and pilows - this is a very individual matter, a new rehabilitation mattress was installed in the apartment a few months ago, perhaps it was not suitable for you, it happens.Furthermore, we have taken immediate action to rectify the issues with the bathroom cleanliness and amenities replenishment to ensure that such oversights do not occur in the future.As for the television channels you can watch many local and international satellite tv channels, it's also a smart TV so you can use your Netflix account to watch whatever you want. If you have any doubts in the future how to use the TV don't hesitate to ask us. We sincerely value your feedback as it helps us to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall guest experience.

Excellent Stay
Posted 14 Dec 2023 on HotelsEverything is great, clean, comfortable, and few steps to metro station and to the mall center.
Only problem I found this house on third floor and no lift/elevator. So I had to carry heavy bags, stroller and my daughter.
Other problem is that no windows.
Overall I like the place a lot and I would visit again if I am alone/friends with backbags.
