Great location, just a few minutes walk from the main square. Had air con which was brilliant, room was really spacious. Would stay here again

We stood at this hotel for 1 night with my husband and daughter. The hotel was 1 block away from the main square. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very cozy and clean. We will definitely be back next time we visit Krakow.

Great location and wonderful staff
Posted 6 Aug 2024 on HotelsHotel Santi was wonderful. Great location and easy to access via the old town and Jewish quarter. The staff was wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean.
We had a room facing the street and therefore could hear people and trams as they went by. It didn't bother us as we live in the city and are used to the noise but if noise bothers you, request a room off the street. It was a beautiful stay in a beautiful city.

The decor of the room was unique and the room was spacious. We loved the central location and the staff were accommodating and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend
