The room was comfortable with air conditioning, perhaps not to the quality of the pictures on website but more than adequate for our 3 night stay. the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable. it is a 5 minute walk to the main square, the area felt safe as did the whole of Krakow. We had no issues with noise at nights and had an overall enjoyable stay at the hotel Logos. I would recommend to travellers looking for a quiet city break. I stayed with my wife and our 14 year old daughter in a 3 bed room.

We recently stayed at this hotel 23-25 July.
We had a bit of an issue with a lost item on the train from Warsaw. When I mentioned this to Beata she offered to help and went way above and beyond what I would consider to be “normal” service. In the end we were unable to recover the item. However, I cannot overstate how impressed we were with the service and cordiality. Kudos to Beata. You are lucky to have her working with your organization.

Excellent hotel, would highly recommend. 5/10 minutes walk from centre of old town. Breakfast is quite basic but for a 3* it’s more than enough. Would stay again.

Hotel is very nice, with elevator, stay included free buffet breakfast in restaurant. Staff very nice and helpful. Lovely hotel and walking distance to Krakow market place, which is amazing with shops, restaurants, coffee and cafes. Excellent place to stay.

Posted 24 May 2024 on HotelsGood hotel with everything we need. Breakfast was a little boring with the same food every day. The shower in the room to small for bigger persons.
