We liked the convenient location of this hotel and the pleasantness of its staff. The housekeeping was very efficient.

What happened is that the air conditioner was extremely hot, that is the only negative part of the review. Aside from that everything was excellent but you need to have COLD AIR CONDITIONERS. Thanks

We loved the hotel and the staff. The room was lovely and the breakfast very good. The only problem was the initial lack of a bathtub mat. The bathtub surface was very slick and the first day I slipped getting out and hit my head very hard. Fortunately I only got a large bump and no concussion, but it was still a dangerous situation. We requested a mat and got one within a few hours, so there were no further problems. Still, future guests should make sure they have a mat before they attempt to shower .

The location of Hotel Francuski is brilliant, in the heart of the Old Town few minutes walk to the market place,Mariacki Cathedral, Market Hall and surrounded by lots of restaurants yet quiet. The staff was super helpful, we were confused how to get to the overnight parking and one of tge employees drove with my husband to help out. We loved the decor and the unique style. The breakfast was delicious and worth every penny.
