Big, clean rooms a with good location. Only about a 15 minute to night market and downtown area. Good spot to stay the night before your flight out

the location is quiet but have to walk more than 10min. to the centre of the Krabi town.

Unique was the air conditioner that sound liked a typhoon in our room and basically didn’t work
Tv has no channel guide (even a paper

Thank you for feeding back your recent stay at our property. We do apologise for the inconvenience regarding the sound of an air-conditioner. Our hotel has tried to clean and run a maintenance check-up more often in order to reduce the noisy sound.
While regarding the TV in your guest room, please be ensured that we provide a list of channels in several languages in every rooms, which is put on a shelf under the TV. And as checked, no room has been left without this channel list. We apologise if it is not clearly visible to you when you stayed in our room.

Great service and clean room
Posted 29 Mar 2019 on HotelsThe reception at Well Timed was awesome- they spoke great English and they were able to make recommendations on places to eat and places to visit. They even printed us a map and drew routes on how to get to the locations. The Wifi was one of the best we had during our stay in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Ao Nang, Lanta and Phi Phi. The A/C worked great and it didn't get really humid when we left our room, like it did at our places in Thailand. We were provided with towels, shower gel and shampoo. They had a safe box to place your valuables. There was soft drinks and water for purchase in the lobby which was nice. We were able to have the hotel set up a taxi to the airport for us for only 350 THB!

Posted 24 Jan 2019 on HotelsBelow average .. rooms were ok..we walked the beach but would not swim in it .. more mud than sand.. breakfast was hotdogs with eggs.. the same every day.. the evening restaurant was good with flavourful dishes.. this place is way out of town .. kind of felt ripped off with the scooter rental but it was fun driving around in them.. you can visit local restaurants on them.

First of all, thank you very much for taking time to review our property. I feel very disappointed to hear that you were not having a good time during your stay with us. And I do want to know what period you are staying, so I can look into this the issue thoroughly again. Moreover, I would like to ask for your kindness to recheck your feedback as there are several points that I am not sure you are talking about our property or not, such as:.
- Breakfast: actually there are two choices to opt for main dish, American Set or Fried Rice Set, not just hot dogs with eggs as you mentioned. Also there are a buffet line of breads, fruits,cereals, milk, orange juice, coffee and tea as complimentary, in which you can eat as much as you want.
- Our hotel has no on-site evening restaurant. I am not sure which food was good and flavourful, but thank you very much for that.
- Also, our hotel is located in Krabi Town. You can find a lot of information and online review saying that there is only a river in the town. And if you wish to stay close to the beach, you might have to book a room in Ao-nang, not in the town
