With a late flight in, I needed a 24 hour desk, which they provided along with reassuring emails.

We were able to rent mopeds on site, took about 15 minutes for them to arrive and they were very affordable. The had free tea and coffee available all the time, and other drinks available for purchase. There is a restaurant attached, which is convenient, however due to our plans we never ate there. They do provide a breakfast that you can purchase during your reservation or on site, however it does not start until 0800, and we had to leave earlier than that so we walked a couple blocks for some food. Our room was really unique. It was 2 bedrooms, each with a queen (or maybe double?) bed and was able to be closed off from one another with a door and a window. The bathroom was off the end of one of the rooms.

Average at best

This is an average at best hotel. Photos of exterior show mostly the nicely lit steak house next door and not the hotel. Downstairs rooms have little or no natural light or ventilation. A/c works at full speed tegardless of setting so sweat or get a sweater. Rooms are very noisy and corridors transmit all sounds. Nowhere to sit and enjoy sunshine here but you can go to covered smokers area. Tough if you dont smoke.

They booked my trip to phi phi, but when i was getting on th boat the ferry company chow koh group charged me 450 instead of 350 for trip to phket from phi phi

I’m not really sure where all the positive reviews for the Sasi House come from. Did we stay at the same hotel? Staff was definitely wonderful. Friendly, kind, greeted us with fresh fruit at check in.... everything you come to expect of Thailand’s legendary hospitality. Location was fine. Fairly central in Krabi town with lots of food options plus the riverfront. The room however was simply disgusting. The paint was peeling off the concrete walls. There was no window except a covered up window to the hall. The noise from above was near constant (thank god we had earplugs!) Worst of all was the smell of the bathroom. It LOOKED clean enough but it smelled like a public toilet. You could smell the urine and waste in the plumbing. We kept the door closed at all time so it didn’t stink up the room worse. At least the air conditioner worked.

Excellent service

We stayed one night for convenience of getting to our flight the next day. Staff were amazing and helpful, rooms were small but delightful. It was exactly what we needed and for the price of the room it was serious value for money.

Very clean place. Pleasant staffs and excellent service Walk distance from markets and restaurants. Tour companies from Aonang gives free ride. Island tours are great Unfortunately we didn't try the restaurant In the property. I recommend this place.
