The staff are all super helpful and tje stay at the resort is so cozy.Love the place.

to be fair, we came during rainy season. i almost slipped in the lobby. other than that, staff were attentive and friendly.

Nice place, but we ended up with a room next to the pools water slide, which was very, very noisy. I requested a Mountain View room when booking but they “upgraded” us to pool view. This certainly was not an upgrade. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean
