Posted 23 Feb 2018Misunderstanding regarding free breakfast. Counter staff didn't inform that our stay included breakfast. After checking back then only they realised breakfast included. Room WiFi service in no good

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful!!
The stuff was very friendly and let us check in earlier. This was not necessary a common practice in our hotels in Thailand we visited.
The room was very comfortable and breakfast was tasty. (though it was a bit spicy).
We accidentally broke a coffee mug in the room, and the hotel stuff didn't charge us for that. (when we checks in to other hotels, we were presented with a sheet of paper declaring how much each item will cost if misplaced or broken).
Will definitely go there again if we ever go to Krabi!

Nice hotel with close proximity to downtown Krabi.

Pros: Close to donwtown area.
Cons: Furnitures and room can be more modern.
Location: 15 mins walk to downtown area.
Clean and spacious. Clean rooms and toilet. Staff was English-speaking, helpful and friendly. Walkable to downtown area (15mins). Interior of rooms looks bit dated though.
