Thank you for your review, I’m not sure why you only have us 2 star review, as you extended your stay with us, for at least another week. You also wanted to extend an extra 5 days, but we were unable to, due to having other bookings

Simple yet comfortable bungalow. Lovely staff, bar and surrounds. So nice being in the jungle. We loved it and would definitely stay again!

It was terrible, we had a bungalow for 2 persons and the bed was like a wood. The sheets had not been clean clearly since the first time they where there. I go usally to hippie vibe places but this one is just not worth it. There is no electricity between 6 am to 6 pm. No hot shower, and the bathroom were relly durty.
No recomend if you are a climber and you want good sleep to climb

We are sorry you were unhappy with you room. Did you speak to reception? We could have moved you to another room. The rooms are cleaned after every check out and they are also checked again, before someone arrives. We do not have electric between 6am and 6pm in the bungalows, we are run off generators, no one on Tonsai has 24 hour power, We are a basic family run resort in the Jungle, which we are very honest out.

We do not feel the bungalows are difficult to access, if you follow the instructions on how to get to us. We are in the jungle, so you do have to walk from the beach, which is only 5 minutes

Habitaciones muy sucias el agua salía sin presión casi imposible ducharse y sumando a que no había electricidad de 6am a 6 pm todo un caos en la habitación llena de insectos

Thank you for your review. We are in the jungle, so bugs are expected to be seen, you did inform reception you were not happy with your room and you were moved straight away to another room. Again we are in the jungle, and it is not for everyone, we are run off generators and our power in the bungalows is on 6pm-6am. Most people are not in the rooms in the day time. We are very honest about our resort and also send a welcome message to inform guest. Thanks again.
