The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is helpful. Breakfast has good options for local and international foods. The pool is nice, but only gets sun from 12 to 4 pm. The road in front of the hotel is very busy and narrow.

Overall below average experience, for the price you can find much better places to stay in this area. Me and my wife were booked here for a week, unfortunately we had a medical emergency and had to leave early. When I asked for a refund on the nights we didn’t stay, the staff were very rude about the situation and said no. Finally the manager said they can give us a voucher for the nights for a future stay, we accepted. On check out when we went to collect our voucher the staff said “we changed our minds you are not getting anything.” Absolutely disgusting people and horrible customer service. One and done, never again.

We stayed here on our honey moon in a pool accessible room, and the staff were so lovely. The room was clean and had a lot of room. We would come back here for sure. Very affordable.

Really nice hotel Central, very friendly staff! Have swim up rooms too. Beach bag and beach towels provided which was a bonus! Worth a stay if you come to Ao Nang for a visit

Bathrooms need update. Caulking in shower area black mold. Fixtures very dated.

Zimmer Service war super , besonders gut die Info wie wir zur Führerschein Stelle in Krabi kommen, besonderen Dank für die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft an Saw vom Room Service. Wir kommen wieder und werden Blue Sotel weiterempfehlen.
