Laundry service from third party so they need 48 hours before not 24hrs as advertised. The shuttle service for airport they have are from third party and are not convenient hours. The front desk people usually were nice but there was one morning where one the girls seemed rude and didnt want to help me when i had more questions.

Great stay
Posted 1 Dec 2022 on HotelsGreat hotel - we got an upgrade to one of the lovely villas and loved our stay there. It is very peaceful, with a nice pool and awesome views. Very friendly people who work there are accommodating and helpful.
The hotel was within a walking distance (for us) to the beach.
Oh - and awesome breakfast, too.

Posted 8 Oct 2020 on HotelsIt is a good location where is not super close to the crowed area and the beach area in town, so it is quiet and private. The hotel free shuttle bus makes a big difference that it only takes less than 5 mins to get to the beach and downtown area. And the reception people were very helpful! And the breakfast is good!
