Amazing hotel

Amazing hotel! Such a pleasant peaceful resort in a lovely garden setting. Our room was super comfortable and the pools were lovely (never felt overcrowded). The staff were so helpful and friendly and the breakfast selection was great. I would definitely stay here again!

The private pool suite was great with wonderful view and pretty big. Can provide some more essential amenities like body lotion and shaving kit etc. Breakfast was minimal. Hike from entrance to the stay was a killer after a hectic day at beach😀

Amazing stay, very high class. Beautiful resort rooms and service. Only thing to mention is this resort is about 15 min walk from Ao Nang beach (partially uphill). They do have a shuttle service that runs every 2 hours

Nice little resort property. A bit of a walk to get to the beach but they do offer a shuttle every hour. Nice views from their breakfast area. Would stay again.

Hotel has villas too which was great as we needed a 2 bedroom villa. Great rooms and very big and spacious with a bathroom accessible to both bedrooms. Only issues were that the shower didn’t work very well and the water didn’t drain properly.

What a super luxe hotel! Staff was amazing. They were so friendly and willing to help. It’s a bit away from the beach but it’s a nice route with a lot of shops along. They also have a shuttle service several times a day to take you to the beach. Breakfast was the perfect mix between Europa and Thailand. Fresh cooked eggs every day! We really recommend this hotel highly!

Loved this property. It is up the hill away from the chaos so very quiet and in a lovely garden setting. Loved the upper pool and gym. Brekkie was great. Staff were so lovely. Room was comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice hotel with two pools and 20min walk from the beach. There was even a shuttle car to/from the beach free of charge for all the hotel guests. A bit surprised that no alcohol was served at the hotel, but you are allowed to drink your own in the rooms. Made the atmosphere much better without drinks roaming around the pool area.

Really nice property just far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk. Pools are nice. My Vila was nice but a little dated. Had to request a proper clean and amenities replacement on the 6th day. Staff friendly and helpful. Good hotel.

Fantastic resort on a hill with breathtaking views of the mountains. We had the pool access room and enjoyed the amenity. Food at the restaurant was tasty. The resort is kind of tucked away from the noisy tourist areas so it adds a measure of peace and quiet as well, which we appreciated. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable. Only issue we came across was our door and keycard reader; when we first arrived, the door would not lock and needed to be repaired, then the following day we came back to our room in the afternoon and the door wouldn't open for us, essentially locking us out. Hotel staff gave us a temporary manual key to use and it took some time to arrange another repair.

There is great street food in front of the mosque nearby. But the someone from the mosque starts to sing/shout at 5 am every day. Other than that it’s nice and quiet, away from the party near the beach. Rooms are spacious and furnished fine. Could be newer. The elevator makes a loud ding every time it arrives somewhere, that very annoying because you can hear it in your room.

The villa rooms are excellent. Very spacious and thai style close to pool . Cafe breakfast was very good . Hotel a good 15 min walk to bars and restaurants and 30 mins to center . Hadnt realised the hotel was run by muslims hence no bacon for breakfast and no bar serving alcohol!!! Top pool was better as a few bds available but a very steep hill with steps so not for people with mobility problems. Bottom pool nice but people putting towels on the 12 sunbeds at 7am then not showing untill 10am or even going off on daytrips and coming back at 2pm !! Mostly german and russian were doing this .

Lovely staff, but overall average hotel

Firstly, this is a dry hotel so doesn't serve alcohol. This isn't made clear in the description, or on the hotel website directly. However you do appear to be able to bring alcohol into the hotel. Still slightly disappointing, as it would be nice to have a beer or cocktail by the pool. Restaurant was ok - breakfast food was relatively basic but did the job. Nothing fancy. However the staff were all lovely, and very friendly/approachable. In the spa, I opted for foot reflexology and back massage. The therapist was average - it felt like she couldn't really be bothered, and wasn't interested. It wasn't a very relaxing massage as once she finished massaging each area, she would vigorously slap my body of the more targeted tapping/cupping tapotement. There was a much better spa, less than 10 minute walk from the hotel (Radarom Spa, https://radaromspa.com/). I had a one bedroom villas which was huge. It was clean enough, but definitely needed a proper scrub (the kitchen area just felt sticky) and also was getting due for a renovation. Overall, I had a good stay but the hotel didn't really meet my expectations. I wouldn't stay here again.

Little hideaway in a rough resort

Made to feel very welcome. Beautiful room (Delux Mountain View) with tons of space. Loved the top swimming pool. Breakfast was always good with plenty of choice. So Nang is a bit rough as a resort but are far enough away from the hectic parts and only a few mins walk down to the main strip. I’d recommend a long tail bot trip to Railay. Stunning beaches. Maybe get a room away from the lift as a bell goes each time it arrives at a floor and can be heard in the room. I asked to move and they did. My room was under the restaurant so you could hear scraping chairs from about 7am but it was very quiet otherwise
