"If only they focused on the cleaning, the place it's self was good, but the rooms were never cleaned, the floors never mopped the bedding for a full week never changed, and the towels the same, it was very hot last week we needed clean towels had to request them, the ones left on the floor that are your indication that you want new ones were folded and put up again. "We had a great vacation! The food, the rooms, staff, and hospitality were excellent. Rooms are elegantly designed. The owner of the hotel mentioned that all the pillows and sheets are made of silk and the bed is specially chosen for comfortable sleep. Breakfast was nice with a variety of choices, as well as dinner. There is a concierge service to guide you around and they provide transportation for a reasonable price. "
