"It was 15 mins walk from the nearest station. It was dark and we got lost. 😅 Also the wall was so thin. We were able to hear everything what the outside people said at the car park next to the house. It was at 5am and someone opened the car door, started the engine and even we heard the GPS navigation voice. (GPS system in Japanese). "とにかく素晴らしいです！南朝時代の皇居として使用された堀家の母家に隣接する離れに泊まれるのですから。内部は綺麗にリノベーションされてますし、とても快適です。離れの横、母家の横には川が流れてますので、そのせせらぎや、カジカガエルの声が聞こえてきて、とても情緒があります。泊まった日は、はからずも満月でしたので、広々としたお風呂に入り、その窓から月と川を眺めておりました。心の底から癒されるひと時でした。お風呂は家族で入れる大きさなので、ゆったりできます。ホテルの周りには人がいませんので、夜になると川の音しかしません。庭に出て自然の音に包まれながら、満月を愛でつつお酒を飲む最高の時間。魂の洗濯が出来た気がしました。また、当主の堀様も品のある素敵な方で、さすが代々続いてこられたお家柄だと感動しました。歴史好きな方は是非、またそうでない方でも、きっと満足出来るホテルだと思います。今回は食事無しでしたので、それだけが心残りですね。次回は是非、食事もしてみたいと思いました。ありがとうございました！"

"フロントの男性スタッフの対応が良かったです。お部屋は広々として気持ちの良い空間でした。残念なことに掃除が行き届いておらず、室内に入ってすぐ足の裏が真っ黒になりました。山中のため仕方がないのかもしれませんがクモの巣、ホコリが溜まっていていました。お風呂付きを選びましたが、リビングからとBBQスペースからお風呂が丸見えです。目隠しが欲しかったです。ゆっくり入れませんでした。洗面台の水の流れが悪かったです。アイデアは素敵です！いろんなゲストが来られると思うので、想定して改善されたらリピーターが増えると思います！"

"The area around the property is so beautiful! I loved waking up in the morning & seeing the forest outside. My room was very clean and the front desk service very friendly.
