Excellent to get to airport by MTR. Very nice and clean. The shower was excellent.

It was a very comfortable stay with plenty of shopping within walking distance. Transportation is a bit inconvenient but manageable if you plan ahead. Rooms were very well kept and has amazing views depending on your room choice.

Very walkable and easy access to MTR subway, Airport Express train and high speed train station. Staff were very helpful and recommended the Hongkong wine & dining event across the harbor, which turned out to be a fantastic experience.

Really disappointed after traveling through China and staying at a number of amazing hotels, this was, by far, the most expensive and yet, by far the least up to standard.
Small room, tired and worn, no slippers, sugar, milk and other basic 5 star amenities. A knock at my door at 9pm asking me about towels?
I won't be staying at a W again.
