I don’t like I was required to deposit for 3 nights while I had already paid in full to Expedia for three nights. It has been for over a week and the money still has not been refunded to my credit card.

Dear Guest,The 3 nights incidental deposit are normally required by Hotel upon check in. We only get the credit card pre-authorization limit, not deducting the money. Therefore, refund is necessary. The bank will automatically release the authorization in two - three weeks according to preset procedure. This was my third time in Hong Kong. Last two times I stayed at W Hotel but this time I decided to try Olympian. Hands down, it was a better choice. My room was very roomy, luxurious, high ceiling with a great view. I highly recommend this hotel over other luxury options.
