The check in staff very friendly katie she try to find same room block for us as I have two room and even upgrade me to a bigger room. The room have been renovated recently and clean. Only one negative thing there only one water refill station at lobby and take very long to refill a bottle. Should consider every floor one water refill station.

Water dispensers at ground floor were a little slow nd laggy, dispensing a fixed 200ml each time. You ha e to remove and place your bottle back to fill more rounds of 200ml.
I was using a 300ml bottle and so i have to remove it halfway which resulted in wastage of water as it took a second to detect that the bottle was removed and cut water flow.
Very pressurising to fill large bottles as other guests are queuimg behind.
Rooms look exactly like the photos on the website and reasonably spacious. Bed was a little hard and pillows were rather flat. Ok for short stays.
