The staff wasn't helpful at all. They were always in a bad mood and stresssd

Room is small

The hotel room is clean but small, it equipped with a samll fridge and a safe. The queen size bed is comfy. Walkable area, close to Temple St. the shopping street and loved the open food stalls with pipping hot food. The hotel is close to MTR, on 23 Austin Ave. not Austin Road. Me and my friends made the same mistake.

Amazing location, rooms are small but that’s standard for Hong Kong. Cleaning staff in particular were so lovely.
The only problem was the walls are incredibly thin so if you are at the end of a corridor, you will hear everything going on outside the room.

Very convenient location. Quiet area. 5 minutes walking to bus routes and MTR station. Foods and restaurants on the neighborhood.
