False hotel name
Posted 6 May 2019 on HotelsThis establishment should never be listed on any hotel sites. Extremely poor condition to find reception area, which is separate from actual room. Overall there was never a hotel named "Pacific Lodge"

Unhelpful and dodgy!
Posted 3 Mar 2019 on HotelsHotel double booked my booking and told me I had to call hotels.com and cancel! You messed up, you should've told me before hand! They then gave me another room which was smaller than the room I booked at the same price. They then charged me additional fees for cleaning which I wasn't informed about. After kicking up a fuss about the smaller room they knocked the price down on the cleaning charge but still had to pay a bit. Also, the place is a nightmare to find as they have no signs! The reception is on the 10th floor of block e, (you're welcome).

ที่พักแคบมากๆ มีกลิ่นอับ หน้าต่างมาขยะ ทำเลโอเคใกล้รถไฟฟ้า แหล่งช๊อปปิ้ง

Posted 6 Mar 2019 on Hotels호텔 숙소 작은걸 알고 패밀리 방으로 잡았는데 사진과 다른방을 주고 교도소 같았습니다.. 화장실도 1평 안돼요.
그리고 홈페이지 예약에 안 나와있는데 청소비(198 달러)+수건비용(1개당 20달러) 따로 추가 결제 했습니다. 이건 사이트에서도 안 써있는 내용인데 가서 삥 뜯겼습니다... 방에 벌레 나오고 청소도 안되있는데 어쩔수없는 상황이라 잠을 잤내요.
또 한 우리가 예약 취소를 못 하는거 알면서 잠 자기 싫으면 나가라고 이야기했습니더. 여기 절대로 가지마세요.

service fee 15 % is there when you book the room , family room is 2 double beds we provided budget accommodation in less than 500 hk a night ,
