First class service from the moment we arrived (special thanks to Gary on the front desk), and the views of the harbour are stunning. Room was spacious, but having stayed in many Shangri-la properties this one feels a little dated and could benefit from some refurbishment.

Calvin from front desk was excellent with great customer service. He accommodated us for an early check in after a long flight with no sleep.
