It served our needs but the graffiti on the walls and the water in the hallways gave it a rough impression. The room had all the amenities but didn’t go above and beyond. Price was good for the area. Wifi was good, water was good and the beds were very comfortable despite the appearance.

Old rundown need a serious repairs. Way overpriced. Another websites in Hong Kong on the day of was only charging 60 USD while we spent over 200 USD on Expedia. And that was booking it for today we booked this six months in advance. It was major construction in the building going on during the day a lot of noise. Dirty and unsafe. The only thing that was good about it was the location.

Dear guest, our room is clean and tidy. It's not as bad as you say. You're not telling the truth. You have taken the smallest room (single room) and compared it with the largest room you booked (quadruple room). You have a great deal of anger because of this. Because the same room type can not produce such a big difference. Please don't blame us for your own mistakes. Regarding the maintenance of the exterior wall, we are usually not in the room during the day, which is a building maintenance project and is indeed unavoidable.

at 1507 Room 6 water spills on the floor when you take a bath.. but other than that Ms. NG is so nice and accomodating .. we arrived at the place at 2:30AM because a lot of people is in HKIA Immigration.
And when we are about to go home .. she let us sit in her office to wait for our companions to the airport.

The room was ok and clean but the main building and corridors going to the room are filthy and smelly.

Posted 28 May 2019 on HotelsThe room is fairly enough for the price. But they have poor of service. No rugs infront of washroom, no water despenser to drink, no change beddings for 5 nights staying. If you want to budget go in this place but if you want a comfortable to your stay in hk. I recommend to find another place.

Dear guests, due to the high prices in Hong Kong, we are just affordable family hotels, mainly for those with a small budget, but also want to live in the most prosperous and convenient downtown area. The rooms are very small and there is no extra space in the room except for the bed. Our rooms are small, but clean and tidy. All the bedding items are changed for each guest. The bedding products are carefully cleaned and disinfected. We have two access control rooms here, all need a room card to enter the room. Please be assured about security issues! If you have any problems during your stay, please feel free to ask for our help and we will be happy to assist each and every one of you.
