I recently stayed at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong for four nights with my son, and every moment was delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. In a city where space is at a premium, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the bathroom. I absolutely loved the hotel's toiletries!
The mini bar in the room was replenished daily with an abundance of drinks and snacks, ensuring we always had something to enjoy. The pool and gym on the ninth floor catered perfectly to our different needs, and the views of Victoria Harbour and The Peak from the pool were breathtaking.
What truly touched me was the attentive service. On the day of my checkout, I had to attend a meeting and could only leave my 14-year-old son alone at the hotel. Upon check-in, they not only offered a late checkout but also informed us about the lounge available after checkout, allowing us to continue using the pool and gym facilities.
The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast buffet and was conveniently located within walking distance of a bus station, the Science Museum, the History Museum, and The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Overall, our stay at Hotel Icon was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong!
