Did not appreciate the fact that during our last day we were told we could use the room until 2PM and when we arrived from a walk at 1:40PM to get our suitcases to leave, our plastic keys did not open the door and the housekeeper who happened to be around opened the door for us so that we could collect our belongings to check out!!! A really bad experience, to say the least

Although the hotel is located in an industrial area, it is clean and well-maintained, with security staff consistently monitoring the entrance. The lack of dine-in options helps minimize public traffic into the hotel at night, creating a quieter environment. The room cleaning team was exceptionally polite, always greeting guests warmly in the morning, and the café manager was equally courteous. The breakfast offerings exceeded expectations, providing a variety of options beyond the typical American-style free breakfast. In conclusion, if I visit Hong Kong again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Staff were nice and accommodating. Close to the MTR and apm mall for shopping Easy to travel by MTR to Hong Kong central .

I can only recommend the the hotel if you don't mind your companion seeing you naked while you're taking shower, While the bathroom glass is supposed to be semi transparent, in reality it hides nothing. Also the breakfast dinning room is freezing cold (an elderly lady was wearing a winter hat) and they had the worst coffee machine i've seen in a Holiday inn. I honestly don't know how they are not embarrased letting customers using it. On a more positive side the area is good, easy to get around Hong Kong, including a very cheap direct bus from / to the airport. The staff is friendly and the free daily bottle of water is welcome.

This was my second stay here. Very professional and courteous staff. Rooms were spotlessly clean. They have a drinking water dispenser on every floor which makes life easy for guests who donot have to rush out to buy water. Very close to Kwun Tong Mtr and APM mall. Lots of dining options around. I even got a good indian dine in restaurant in the area.
