Everyone was quick and helpful. The staff lady on the 8th Floor was very kind and attentive. It was a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

It was expensive for what you got, in fact the Holiday Inn next door where I stayed on my out ward trip was a better deal.

At the first day on my stay, could not adjust the temperature in my room. It was freezing cold at night ( dropped to 20 degrees Celsius) and woke me up. I have set the temperature at 25 degree Celsius but it didn’t work.
Mentioned that to their manager and eventually found out all the rooms are like that and the room temperature couldn’t / hard to be adjusted. Eventually they gave me a portable heater.
On the second day, the hotel manager came by and she asked the technician to find the solution for the issue . But after they fixed it, still at night the temperature couldn’t be adjusted at 25 degrees Celsius which I have set up. I still needed to turn on the portable heater to keep myself warm.
Their customer service is good. However, the hotel building is outdated. I couldn’t have a good sleep on my first night because of the freezing cold temperature in my room. I got a headache and not feeling well because of that. It has affected my business work and personal itinerary.
