If it was possible to give more than 10, I would.
This place is definitely worth every penny we spent.
1. Beautiful place, clean and tidy, delicious food in a variety.
2. The dinner restaurants are excellent with a variety of delicious cuisines and styles.
3. All inclusive was excellent. Plenty of varied food throughout the day. Drinks/spicy drinks and more full of surprises and in abundance.
4. And the most important thing is the staff of the hotel. Receptionists are kind and helped us with every passenger (even finding alternative flights and canceling flights)
5. The reception manager Maria was wonderful and kind and upgraded us and took care of our late departure (our flight was early in the morning).
We will definitely return to this hotel again.

Always a nice gateway where you completely relax and enjoy. There is something for everyone to enjoy. The service is great and Roman have assisted us greatly and he went over and beyond great customer service

Great experience all around
Posted 1 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe hotel was so nice and clean, facilities were great, wide range of options to do for both kids and adults, many clubs for kids, wide range of pools with aqua fit activities.
Food was great, made fresh everyday and with a wide range of options available at buffet. Restaurants were as close to a Micheline star quality. Hotel staff and managers were so attentive and polite, they always served with smile and were polite. Overall a great hotel and great stay and experience in Cyprus.

All was going great
Posted 14 May 2024 on HotelsAll was going very well I was only staying for two nights to play golf. I then realized that I would have to check out by 11am on last day when I was already booked to play golf that morning. Therefore I checked with reception if I could have a late check out, they checked the room was not booked for that day and confirmed I could have a later check out but the cost was 100 euros for 3pm or 150Euros for 18.00 I chose 18.00 and paid the 150Euros, I was very pleased with this. Then when I was playing golf on my last day the hotel called me as said that I would have to move rooms I explained that I was playing golf and I could not do the but would be back at about 15.00 and would talk to them then. They did call me again to say there supervisor said that would be ok. When I return I went to reception and said that I had paid 150 Euros to extend the check out to 18.00 and did not want to pack up all my luggage and move to another room, they said the supervisor would call me in my room which she did and was insistent that I moved and would not give me a refund as they were providing another room which turned out to be a much lower standard to the one I was in. I informed her that I was very unhappy about this situation and that no refund would be given. I did move, very poor customer service.

We do offer a late check out service as an option, subject to availability. However, this is a late check out service and not guaranteed to have the late check out in the same room. It is an option for those guests that want to leave the hotel at a later time and need a room in order to rest and freshen up before travelling. Where possible, we keep guests in their original room, however sometimes due to new arrivals, we may need to move the late check out service to an alternative room. I am sorry this was not conveyed in more detail to you. I hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay at Aphrodite Hills and enjoyed your golf experience. Beautiful room with a private pool overlooking the golf course and sea. Very quiet with beautiful view. Good on site restaurants and lovely village square with great restaurants. Great activities for all the family and fabulous evening entertainment. Great kids club.
