"The property is located in the middle of the old town. It was amazing to see how the old town changed from a busy touristy place to a calm and serene at night. The staff at the hotel were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. We will stay there again if we go to Kotor again."

I had a room in the adjacent building in -1 level with a garden view. Room was nice but some details showing signs of age and wear especially the bathroom. Sauna facility was good. "The property was ideally situated in the heart of the Old Town. The staff on arrival and throughtout were great and very accommodating. Breakfast was consistently very good/excellent! The rooms were spacious, warm, cosy, clean and were cleaned daily! I would definately revisit and recommend. "

"Very nice boutique hotel with beautiful views on the Kotor Bay! Attentive and friendly stuff, nice and quiet pool area, access to a water front (can’t call it a beach) with lounge chairs and umbrellas . Walking distance to restaurants coffee shops annd oyster farms. Hotel needs a repairman to fix some obvious items like peeling wallpaper in the hall and stained carpets in the rooms ! Other than that I loved it!"

"We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful holiday. Our room was very comfortable, the pool area was very nice, as was the roof terrace the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice with a good selection."

"A good hotel away from the busy nature of Kotor, but this does make for a difficult drive on a narrow road, so be prepared for that. Brilliant views over the bay, a wide range of breakfast choices, and a well featured menu for evening dining. There isnt enough parking at the hotel, only about 5 spaces for 20 rooms. "Perfect location at the heart of Old Town. Easy to find . Yet it is quiet at night. Not too deep from the main entrance to the Old Town. Very helpful staff . Didn’t catch her name though( Tall, lady in glasses , usually working in the morning and breakfast time) . Breakfast was basic but sufficient, mainly ham, eggs, fruits, cereals and local pastries. Price was also reasonable."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at a truly remarkable hotel that exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. The location is simply stunning — nestled right along the coast, with breathtaking bay views. The service was exceptional. We were the only guests there (offseason) and the woman whose name I forgot went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly attentive, offering local tips and making me feel like a I was at her home. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. Included in the room rate, it was an absolute treat. Freshly made pastries everyday, locally sourced fruits, and warm comforting Cappuccinos. The tables overlooking the sea on the deck provided the perfect setting to start the day. The hotel itself had such a charming, 8th century feel with stone walls and circular staircases. All in all, this hotel blew my mind. It truly set a new standard for what a relaxing, luxurious, and memorable stay should be. I can’t recommend it enough"
