Dated but clean and spacious. Very helpful host. Driving to property (and driving in Kotor in general), is tricky… very busy and VERY narrow streets.

The place is roomy and clean and the host was very friendly and helpful. It is located within easy walking distance to the old town, groceries and other amenities.
Note that if you are coming by car, the suite is on narrow streets in a hilly area.
Some small suggestions for improvement would be to add an entry way coat rack with a rubber mat for shoes. Some shelving in the bedroom and shelving and hooks in the bathroom would also be appreciated.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time there and recommend to anyone as a base for exploring Kotor.

Excellent central location
Posted 10 Sep 2023 on HotelsThe place was very clean and comfortable. Dragan, the property owner was very helpful with anything we needed. The only difficulty was the narrow parking space that was assigned to us. It was hard to get into, especially with standard (non-automatic) transmission.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it is only a short walking distance from the entrance to the Kotor old town.

We use parking at public space, hundered meters from old town. Space is optimal to a car till four meters in length. If you arrive by longer car we recommend other places in the area, also free of charge.

Great accommodation
Posted 4 Oct 2021 on HotelsGreat apartment. Very good location, one minute from the old town. Free parking spot. Communication with the host prior to our arrival was very good, he gave told us exactly how to get there. Very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location to explore Kotor
Posted 15 Sep 2021 on HotelsDifficult to find as we were coming from the top of the hill, there are no signs for it and the address has no number. Make sure you communicate with the host ahead of time so he can help you. Once you find it though it has all that you need for a pleasant stay. Location could not be better to explore beautiful Kotor.

Unfortunately, at that time local government changed nome of the street from Tabacina bb in Marovina 12.Our guest was disoriented at the time.

The apartment is in a very nice location, just across a bridge from the old town. It has good air conditioning, fast Wifi and it was clean and confortable. The apartment is very small and especially the bathroom is tiny with no proper shelf to put any things on. It is very small even for one person so I wouldn't recommend it for two.
The street name on Google Maps, Booking and other listings is incorrect and the real street name is different (Marovina not Tabacina) so all navigations will send you to a wrong place.

Issue about the address is caused by decision of local government to change the nome of the street.

Location of room was quiet. Close to Old Town. Room was clean. Nice outdoor table and chairs on patio. Host was nice. But the room was TINY! Kitchen area was minimally functional, but we made it work.

Just outside the city walls and at the start of the Ladder of Kotor hike. I had a nice room, although the bathroom was a little small.
The Old Town is very close by and it's about 15 minutes walking to the main bus station.

So disappointing
Posted 26 Aug 2024 on HotelsBooked this place mainly for the parking. When we arrive, the host claims he does not have parking, and when confronted with the online information, he replies that this is not true. Obviously a lie - since multiple reviews states that he does, and that he had been most helpful with this. Having a car in Kotor is an utmost pain - parking is extremely limited and we spent hours and hours in a queue to the public parking. The host advised us a parking space close to a football field, this was an illegal parking space and would easily have cost us 1000 euro (according to a police officer we spoke to). Extremely disappointed that the host did nothing to help, and did not apologize the slightest. Would not recommend this place. To be fair - the apt was big enough and really good location close to the old town - but I would not want to stay at a place with an untrustworty host again.

Dear guest,We feel that this review is not fair.We explained that parking place is limited to a car till 4 meters in length. For this reason we recommend parking place near football court and local hospital, which is signed parking space, free of charge, at distance cca one km from the apartment. As our parking space was not occupied with additional cars (three car capacity) it was occasion to park your car at the place.In conclusion, we didn't expect that a guest could be malicious as you were.Best regards,Dragan

En perle i Kotor. Perfekt beliggenhet, superhyggelig vert, nydelig leilighet med en fantastisk veranda. Deilige senger. Hagen har flere sittegrupper, frukttrær og skilpadder som gjerne spiser fra hånd.
