The room was small, very small, and there was no closet.
The area is not near any significant sights. We stayed there because we were invited to a reception next door at the Tokyo Bay Court Club. It's much better to stay on the mainland.

The hotel is well maintained, staff is very friendly. The bay view is very nice and walkable. Room was bigger than expected and very comfortable.

This Hotel is excellent but, BUT the room I got is too small. I requested two beds in advance got one small queen bed and small space of the room..
Overall I still recommended this hotel.
