Second stay this time. My go to hotel every time I visit KK.

Ideal location and beautiful ambience.
Posted 14 Aug 2024 on HotelsNice upscale hotel, very close to restaurants, shopping mall and convenient store.
Room was nice and big but all rooms are not the same sizes.
Breakfast was perfect, not too much food that people waste and enough different varieties to ensure you dont get bored with the same food, and no long waits to get your food.
Grab is easy to get to costing approx 30MYR from the airport.
Room was nice and clean and i couldnt have asked for anything better.
Gym is on the 3rd floor but its outside and is owned by someone else.
The elevators can take a day or two to get use to as breakfast is not available from all lifts.
The hotel staff are very good especially those on reception and the staff for breakfast, Roaush (i dont think i got his name right) new staff and only been there for 3 months and the hotel has trained him really well, just shows how much attention the hotel has put on achieving the best for its guest.
No problem recommend to friends and family.

Nice and friendly Hotel and team
Nice room but the one along the road are extremely nosy nights and days very difficult to have a good night
