Stayed in Tanjung ocean view which got nice sunset view. All staff- room service, breakfast room , pool area, are all excellent. Check in was good, got upgrade . Pool was very old but maintained very well and clean. Beach area was not that good. Breakfast got everything, fresh juice, fruits pomelo etc. noodle sections. As mentioned before by others late check out is not allowed even when hotel is less than a third full. We were given “ star lounge access for staying on but as mentioned by others nothing in there except toilets.

Kids facilities are amazing which it’s important for families.
The outdoor bbq buffet and shows was amazing

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I like the diversity in the staff employed (age, gender and ability).
Some areas can do with a spruce up (floor of the pool).
