Never again

Poor location. Many closed down shops behind the hotel. No hot water for shower and no instruction for use of coffee machine. 3 pm checkout will be charged 50% of room rate even though hotel was empty on Sunday. Only the concierge/Bell service Team was friendly. Room service menu sucks. Will not stay here again.
