Mildew on ceilings, smells

Room and bathroom was not clean and smelled like mildew. Very poor ventilation in my room which did not have a window. I saw black mildew on the ceiling of both the room and the bathroom. Sheets had yellow stains and bed was old. I did not feel comfortable staying in the room because of the mildew, smell and how unclean it is.
Wifi was super fast.
Staff were very nice.

sad to say, the wifi at the upper floor is very poor.

当初選択していたお部屋のタイプと異なり言葉も通じない為半ば諦めておりましたが…
エクスペディアのコールセンターの方のホテル側への迅速なご対応により早速、快適なお部屋へ移して頂きました。
長期滞在も楽しいものとなりそうです。

Hotel ini murah dan mudah
