pleasant stay near the city centre

The hotel is within the walking distance but you need to cross a few highways to get there. Its ideal for a family who want to do some cooking. However, a microwave would be a welcome addition. The rooms are clean and the staff are exceptionally helpful. Both chexk in and check out was smooth and the maintainance guy - I forgot the name - went above and beyond to help. Piyan accomodated our several request. A decent sized gym and pool facilities are there for you to enjoy.

아이와 함께 여행

아이와 함께 방문했습니다. 욕실에 해바라기 샤워기라 씻기는데 어려움이 있었습니다. 바닥이 카페트가 아니어서 아이와 있기 편했습니다. 13층에 머물렀으나, 13층 위에서 어느날 밤에 파티있었는지 엄청난 큰소리가 나서 자다가 깬적이 있습니다. 수영장은 작고 아이가 놀기 적합합니다. 다만 한낮에는 방갈로 등의 쉴 곳이 없어서 조금 놀고 들어가야합니다. 전반적으로 가격에 적합한 숙소였다고 생각합니다.

다운타운과 멀고 헤어드라이기 구비안되어있어요

새벽 뱅기 시간때문에 묵었던 호텔인데 주변에 정말 없어요. 체크인 하실때 조리 가능한 곳이니까 이것저것 마트에서 장봐와서 해먹어도 좋은 추억남기실수 있을 것 같아요. 야경은 그래도 좋았습니다. 방은 3개나 있어서 각 방마다 에어컨 1대씩해서 총 3대 구비되어 있어 공기만큼은 어느 코타키 호텔보다 최고 시원했으며 쾌적했습니다. 다만 헤어드라이 구비되어있지않으니 체크인하자마자 리셉션에 요청해두세요 밤늦게 요청하면 이미 렌트 다 끝났다고 사용못해요.. 뜨거운물도 잘나와서 다운타운과 좀 거리가 있다는점 외에는 만족합니다.

시설 굿... 하지만 영수증 받으실때 확인잘하세요.

해외여행다닌지 20년가까이되는데...숙박비용처리실수하는곳은 손에꼽아요 . 특히나 최근엔 거의없었는데 이 호텔에서 그런실수를 해주셔서 역사여행중엔 너무릴렉스하지말고 정신똑바로차려야겠다는 생각을 했어요.20만원쯤 결제해야하는데 0을 하나 더누르셔서 코타키나발루 여행전체 비용을 하룻밤에 다 쓸뻔했습니다. 현지에서 카드결제하시는분들 꼭 영수증 확인잘하시길바래요. 새벽비행기로 도착해서 늦은밤이어서 직원이 비몽사몽이라 그런실수를 했을거라 생각하고넘어갔지만, 만약에 제가 혹시 그자리에서 확인못하고 나중에 카드명세서 받아봤다면 생각만해도 아찔합니다. 시설은 좋았고 직웡응대도 니쁘지않았고 밤비행기로 도착해서 숙소까지 금방이라 그것도 좋았습니다 13층 수영장도 즐기기에 충분했구요. 하지만다시 코타키나발루 방문한다면 다른곳에 갈것 같아요. 그럼 수고하세요. 아참 공항에서 택시탈때 스카이호텔 이라고말하셔야 기사들이알아들어요 .

수영장과 호텔위치가 좋아요

일행들은 청결도나 수영장때문에 매우 만족했어요 그런데 처음 체크인 할때 보증금 100링깃을 내고 체크아웃 할때 받는건데 저희가 체크 아웃할때 카운터에서 짐 맡긴다고 얘기하는데도 보증금 얘기를 안꺼내더라고요 그 날 저녁되서야 안받은걸 알아서 호텔에 문자 하니깐 카운터로 와서 얘기 해달라고 하더라구요 그래서 급하게 한국돌아오는 비행기 짐 보내고 택시 타고 다녀왔는데 직원이 이미 우리가 받았다고 얘기해서 받은적 없다고 계속 얘기하니 그때서야 서랍에서 저희 호수 적힌 동봉된 봉투 꺼내서 주더라구요 그리고 저희는 미니바 이용도 안했는데 미니바에서 라면 먹었다면서 우기더라구요 끝까지 얘기해서 100링깃 전부 받았지만 직원은 미안하단 말한마디도 없었고 그냥 돈 띡 주고 끝났어요 전반적으로 직원들이 불친절하고 무신경하고,,, 좀 별로였어요

Blackout wholenight. No electricity. Aircond undercapacity, room still feel hot even with full blast & 17 degree C. Kindly upgrade to higher power of aircond.

Hotel close to CBD

I would have rate this hotel highly for - location - helpful receptionist - ambivenince But too tight with towels and amenities- offer a swimming pool without the towels n amenities to clean after a swim in pool- very inconvenient only a 'open air facility. Leaking shower and shower floor flood and very slippery after every shower. Need to fix leaks and flooding floor. Stringent with fresh towels when we need replacement as the used ones were used to soak up wet floor to avoid accident due to wet floor.

Great Food

Friendly helpful staff - being a non veggie the restaurant served the best vegetarian meal I have ever tasted. Good sized rooms. Convenient for airport and cheap taxi ride to waterfront bars and restaurants would definitely stay again.
