in my personal of view,this hotel not suitable for women because the toilet its outside of room (shared toilet)...the price is okay with facilities provided..tq

We booked and paid for a room online and when we got there we had to call the reception to hear that all of the rooms where fully booked. So we were left on the street with our luggage and had to arrange something else.

Let me preface this by saying, I came to Kota Bharu because I'd never been here and I was just doing a visa run for Thailand. I know I CHOSE to stay at a budget hotel and I get what I paid for but the rating for this hotel must have been bought and paid for.
1. No wifi in rooms (not on the 2nd floor) and the staff could care less.
2. No remote control (or control for that matter) for the air condition/AC. It was on 24.. that's too cold if the bed looks too dirty to sleep in and you sleep on your own air plane blankets..
3. The staff was upset with me and tried to force me to upgrade my room because I am with my gf but the bed was a full size bed, not even a twin. (the attitude I got from the English speaker was so angry it bothered me)
4. The advert said they had wifi services.. I thought that meant they could print things but it turns out that was just something they added because there is a print shop next door that may or may not be open but has no affiliation with the hotel.
5. The SHARED bathroom drain did not work, nor did the sink in the bathroom. 6/7 on the clenliness scale, make sure to use shower shoes there.
6. The ONE sink that did work had trash in it, old dishes piled up next to it, and cleaning supplies all around.
7. When I asked staff a question, I only got no for a response, unless I was asking about a restaurant and his response "closed".
