"A stunning family-run guesthouse with beautiful pool set in lush gardens. The food is exceptional, authentically Sri Lankan and the best I have eaten in Sri Lanka. Several languages are spoken and the owners so helpful in arranging any help needed ; communications and guidance are very good. I did not want to leave this oasis of relaxation and hope to return. "

"This is a small place, just four rooms. The architect was a protege of the famous Sri Lankan architect, Geoffrey Bawa, and it shows. Very well laid, lovely design. As we had the place to ourselves, it felt very special. From a glance at the Guest Comments Book, other visitors felt the same. Plenty of hrlp from the stff - organised a massage, advice about gettig to Lunaganga, Bawa's garden, and taking us down to the beach to watch a turtle laying eggs.
