The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned, the coffee machine was dirty, the shower was not thoroughly clean, the glasses were dirty, there were cobwebs on the furniture, there was a large stain on one of the sofas. The bed linen and towels were not changed. There was a shortage of cleaning products. The apartment had a beautiful view but was neglected by the cleaning staff. The apartment has a lot of potential, but good management is lacking.
