"This is a great place to stay for a few days in Kos Town. Friendly service - near to bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the port. Room was big and clean with a nice balcony with a view over the harbour. A very good choice here. No problems at all - very pleased!"

"We stayed at Kosta Palace onen night to prepare for our sailing yacht, and we chose it beecause of it’s proximity to the yacht slip. The location is excellent as it is at the end of the port away from the noise of the many more centrally located restaurants and shops. It has a nice patio for enjoying al fresco coffee or food. "Please stay somewhere else!!!! We stayed as a party of 4 with 3 rooms. Our room didn’t have hot water in the morning and their response was that we needed to wait until 9 or so. Our friend’s rooms, which were not near the office, had no Wi-Fi and it wasn’t addressed. The beds were hard, cheap and you were able to feel the springs. We were all sore in the morning. "Large comfortable rooms, good dining options, excellent staff, nice beach, comfortable sunbeds. We went end June/early July and it was lovely weather, but my wife & I both caught a sickness virus that lasted 24-48 hours & we were told that allegedly there was a sickness virus going around the island. We found several other people at the hotel who had also had the same symptoms."
