"We had an absolutely amazing family stay at the beach house. Slight miscommunication with our rooms but the staff dealt with it professionally and ensured we were comfortable had what we needed. "A pleasant location to lie on a sunbed for a couple of hours staring out at the reef break. Everybody is friendly and remembers names. The hill hike was great. My room was ocean view...decent size and a 45 deg outlook over the pool to the water. Steakhouse was a fave dining spot. Absolutely no hassles and had an enjoyable time. "

"Excellent choice in Pacific Harbour! I just stayed here with a group of 21 university students at the conclusion of a two-week trip around Fiji. The rooms are large, comfortable, and in an attractive setting, and the price point for these rooms is an excellent value. The restaurant/bar/pool area provides a delightful environment for relaxing during the day/evening, plus the various specials that they run every day make for a very affordable stay. Moana and the staff are very helpful. Prior to our arrival, they assisted me in adjusting my dates with no problem, and also reached out to me via whatsapp to see if our group would like to attend their Thursday Island Night/Fire Show (which we did and thoroughly enjoyed). Throughout our stay the staff was very warm and helpful, and assisted us with any particular needs we had. Uprising is also part of the Duavata collective, which promotes culturally and environmentally sensitive travel across Fiji. This was my first time staying at Uprising, and I am very glad that we did. In the future, I will continue to bring groups here, as it is a great base for the various activities (diving, tubing, golf, fishing, etc.) in the Pacific Harbour/Beqa area). "Our time at the Wellesley was my favourite part about our trip to Fiji. The room was gorgeous, spacious, clean with all the amenities you could need. The resort as a whole was breathtaking, with incredibly meticulous tropical landscaping and a view of the reef from the pool and restaurant that would make you shed a tear at dinner time. But all of that was shadowed by the elite level service we recieved by the staff on site. The chef, Raj, took in to consideration our vegetarian dietary requirements and stunned us with mouth watering food everyday. No meal was exactly the same - a true master of his craft.
