Great resort for three generation families. Kids, parents and grandparents were all well catered for and everyone had a fabulous time. We stayed in the ocean front Bure’s and they were magnificent. The spa is outstanding. Food was good but service was super slow. The staff were the best, everyone was kind and friendly. We would all definitely go back to this resort again.

Overall a very nice resort. Room was clean and well maintained with a somewhat view of the ocean. Complementary champagne in the evening was definitely appreciated. Dining options were good as well. It would have been nice to have more umbrellas and chairs out. 4/5 stars because although the staff was not rude it appeared they catered to a select demographic ( which was not us). Stayed at many other resorts in Fiji on this trip where staff was just great therefore, although 4 stars, probably won’t return back to this resort.

An absolutely lovely resort. The staff were lovely and helpful (a special mention to our butler Atikini, who was a star). Activites and kids club great. The pool was lovely. Food was awesome. Tourism desk in house to book excursions. You can drink the water there, my 2 kids, wife and I had it all week with no problems. Its rare I go back to the same place twice as I like to explore new things, but my family and I will be going back here.

Overall for the price you pay it was ok. But staffs at buffet and restaurant were not friendly. Their responds to us was not professional or friendly. Asking for drinks with multiple staffs and after a while someone comes back. Chefs were good to respond to our questions. Staffs needs more training to be equally friendly with other nationalities. Thanks

Not a luxury resort. In need of an upgrade. Okay for families. The adult only area is a dining restaurant and pool area with limited spaces. The food is limited, expensive and not fresh. The front desk manager was appalling. Her approach to a delicate situation that occurred was unacceptable. I’m not sure if it’s lack of understanding or training. An apology would have been really appreciated. The only people I received honest good customer care were the two people (lady and gentlemen) at the departure desk who helped me locate my driver back to the airport.
