I’ve stayed at National Inn, Garden Grove, on a couple of occasions, and each time was great. I’m a small business owner, and I’m always on the look out for budget-friendly hotels/motels to maximize my travel budget. One big piece of my expectations is reliable internet. On this trip, the internet was not working, which forced me to find a place to work elsewhere. Overall, the experience was good, but the internet issue is something that’ll likely make me think twice before booking here again.

it was okay but not enough blankets, towels, or pillows

This hotel was a remodeled Motel 6 or Travelodge. The manager was pleasant & helpful. The parking was plentiful.
The room was small…hardly enough to move around. Fridge but no microwave.
The fan in the bathroom sounded like a jet engine & one of the overhead lights flickered. In room entertainment options were pretty limited…the most basic of basic cable only.
The hotel is right in the middle of Koreatown so dining options were plentiful and varied in all price ranges (as long as you like Korean & Vitenamese food). There was a large oriental market across GG Blvd that had a small coffee shop (not a Starbucks) next door.
The location was convenient to all major Orange County attractions & it was convenient to our destination.
We didn’t really have any issues with noise.
I thought the room was fairly priced & had the kind of amenities we expected. I’d stay there again.

It's an older property, but I liked how calming it was to stay there.

The young man at the front is very kind... personable. It was easy to extend my stay by three more days. I like that it was quiet.
