"The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. The cleaning crew on the 14th floor, Liu, Attithya, Sruthi and Joanna were outstanding and kept our room in great shape. Jocelyn and all the staff in the 15th floor club made sure my mother was well taken care of. I cannot thank the staff of the Ritz Carlton for making our stay special. We also held a reception in the ballroom and the function was well organized and beautifully done. I hope to return again soon."

"I'd previously visited this particular property for a family member's wedding and I got to experience staying here for close to 3 nights on an extended stay in May 2024. This is one of the first hotel rooms that feels like coming back to a cosy home/nest since they have a nice little kitchenette with induction stove tops and a microwave and essential vessels/cutlery. The A/C was maintainable at a decent room temperature - it is nestled in a very posh, quiet residential neighborhood and the dining options provide an optimal combination of Indian and Continental cuisine! Overall, consider me happy, pleased and very satisfied! "
