"Absolutely fantastic experience. I've been to many hotels around Trabzon and this was simply the best. The suite was very clean, modern, had all kinds of useful amenities, and the staff was absolutely fantastic. Special shout-out to Abu Anas for his great hospitality and his eagerness to accommodate our every need. They accidentally slightly overcharged us and he went out of his way to let us know and was adamant about giving us a cash refund. Absolutely class act. 10/10 stay."

"The apartment was wonderful, location is the best and the sea view from the apartment was terrific. The apartment is neat, clean & well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities. Hospitality of Mr. Muharrem & his staff members is excellent. They went all the way to help & guide us to plan our tour. Overall it was our best stay in Turkey and we look forward to going back and staying at this place again."

No lights for first two flights of stairs then censers on the rest that turned off immediately leaving you in the dark fumbling with keys and luggage. "I travelled to more than 30 countries and states, never i had to stay in a room without a window even to bad views, in this room it was like a jail room. It is hotels.com problem to have such low level beings named a hotel. Shame on you hotels.com Your description should be more accurate, because we depend on it at selection time."
