The service was also very polite and helpful in all situations. The only negative I can say is that the wi-fi worked very poorly in the room, me and my wife could only access it from the bathroom."

"Like anywhere else there are pros and cons. The main pro is the location, it is located right at the city centre, close to many restaurants and beautiful city attractions (Internacionalnaia 15). The lady on the phone is nice and responsive. I would say it's the only pros that I can mention.. Cons: not so clean, old property, on the 5th floor, without an elevator. "Very efficient and welcoming staff. I had to book my stay less than a day in advance, they were able to accommodate my room requests and arranged for an airport pick up. The room is very well equipped, amenities are great. The hair tools were fantastic and I wish I was staying longer to take advantage of the pillow menu selection and the restaurant. It was a very comfortable and restful night Definitely adding Zalkind to the list of favorites in Minsk. "
